Where Happy Souls Bloom in person holistic treatments have been developed and perfected over a 6 year time frame.  The sessions are a blend of ancient healing practices, aromatherapy, specialized touch techniques, Meditative language sequencing and Reiki. I wanted to create something that was more than just the traditional massage yet a complete and spiritual experience. 

 

so I traveled though out bail and India learning ayurveda, yoga, energy work, sound healing and how to hold scared space from traditional masters. I took training programs and courses as well as went to traditional spa, massage and wellness spaces to experience traditional healing. During my travels and over these 6 + years I emersed myself in the culture and opened up to many alternative modalities for healing that include, breath work, somatic healing, Tantra, kundalini yoga and a variety of different types of women's gathering, Moon gatherings, healing workshops and retreats.

 

These unique experiences inspired the treatments that were created over the 6 years where I worked creatively designing powerful, transformative and healing holistic spa and massage treatments at my retreat center that was located in Barrie Ontario. Throughout that time I worked with thousands of clients and gained extensive practical and intellectual knowledge in the field and have now taken those years of in person experience and education to offer the signature holistic treatments you will find here now.

Now I am located in Kelowna BC. I decided to travel throughout Canada and the US utilizing my skill set and offering healing sessions in the form of in-person, one to one holistic treatments and group experiences. I was living nomadically while following my intuition and refining my ability to hear my souls voice letting her guide me. I was guided to Calgary. AB, Kelowna. BC, California the valley and surrounding area, Vancouver + Burnaby. During my travels I was connected to many beautiful souls, gain deeper understanding as I embodied the practices I teach in the Advanced Healing portion of this work. I landed in Kelowna. BC, where I will now be growing a community of happy souls.

The Online school was birthed through a desire to create something with deeper impactful to help elevate humanity.  I wanted to bring you something that will create the lasting change you are looking for. Where happy souls bloom was created by Ashley Sprenger. Yes that's me! This business stands on integrity, truth, trust, education, connection and not only will you see me teach and share it here in the biz but when you get to know me you will see that it is embodied in how I approach all of life. I have worked with many high-level thought leaders, shamans, Buddhist masters and been educated in all this company represents. I have walked the journey myself to my deepest corners and back. I share and teach from a place of authenticity. This work is pure, and I desire to create a difference in the word to better the future of humanity. I have been trained in Reflexology, Reiki (certified Reiki master), Meditation, Yoga, Massage and carrie tools from lived experiences and mentoring clients in creating radical transformation in their life that I bring forward in each session. My journey started at birth but became more intentional in 2009. I have been offering sacred gatherings and living a ritual based lifestyle for many years and bring my years of experience to you unconditionally in each session, experience and course.
